As the Head of Recycling & Dispatch, Mpilwenhle Ndlela manages the recycling aspect of our operations. He oversees the buying and selling of recyclable materials and ensures efficient dispatching of drivers and vehicles. Mpilwenhle is also responsible for allocating loads to drivers and addressing any driver complaints. Additionally, he manages all company properties available for rental.
